Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and the warranty card intact before securely packaging the item.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours via our trusted courier partners.

  Refund Processing

  After our experts verify the product at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
